This is getting 4.5 stars from me . The story is good and the characters are outstanding. This is another adventure for the threesome who have come together and found that with a simple kiss they can be transported across time, but only within their own personal timeline. The history is always well researched and gives you the feeling that you too have stepped back right along with them. The languages jump back and forth between English, Celtic, and old Norse with the old ones being accurate or not, I am going with they are accurate. There are some spelling and grammatical issues but nothing to serious.The Queen, Tira, goes to Brody, Veris and Taylor demanding that they give her the secret to time travel. She not only threatens them but their daughter as well. When Brody stands up to her and refuses she makes life very difficult for the death metal rocker by setting him up to be arrested for drug possession. But things get even more intense as he is reminded of a time in his life when he was a slave and not able to live as he wished.
While attempting to get evidence that Brody was set up by jumping into their recent past things go a bit wrong. Brody had thought he had put the horror behind him and he could get them home with no problem, but surprise. They find themselves in Constantinople with Brody in chains, Taylor the wife of a patrician, and Veris across the country. Things could not have gone any worse.
I am totally drawn to the eroticism of the books the stories are always compelling and keep my interest more than the sex. This is a great way to get a history lesson. I think anyone would like this and I recommend highly.

As a continuation of the series, this book gave answers to many questions that arose in the first book. I didn't feel the strong draw of the first book but still enjoyed reading and following the lives of the three main characters. This is a series that truly needs to be read in order and I found myself wishing to get through this second book quickly in order to get to the grand finale. I will finish the series and continue to read the writings of this wonderful author.
I love this series. It takes you to some amazing places and times. I have always enjoyed time travel and this series doesn't disappoint.
I love this series!! There is so much that goes on with the both the main characters and secondary characters. It is very interesting to see what happened to Brody in the beginning. I liked how Taylor dealt with situations that she had little to no control over.
We were left with a bit of a cliffhanger and I'm hoping that it's resolved in Alex's story.
Tracy Cooper-Posey how do you do it?!?! The brilliance of pulling a storyline to higher and yet higher heights is your wheel-house!...which are terribly boring words for such a seldom seen glorious gift. Every emotion...including complete air-sucking shock catapults the story on to even higher heights. Be careful readers! Once your heart is beating loudly enough for the neighbors to hear...Tracy takes your breath away yet again as her next words push you right off the precipice...to "oh my god,no way!"
I have read all the books so far, and; let me tell you , I was glued to each an every one of them! I burnt a few dinners, and; let a few things get left undone ,but; I just couldn,t help myself! lol Each book was awesomely well written! Can not wait for #4 The story of Taylor, Veris & Brodi; has been so Awesome! I can only imagine what number 4 is going to be like. In Kiss Across Chains,when Brodi has gone back in time to his personal nightmare,; Then its up to Taylor & Veris to rescue him. I know that it will command my attention, as all of Tracey Cooper-Posey have done! I recommend these books to anyone who likes getting pulled into a story so completely; all else falls away! This story is well written, has a great plot, and is sexy as hell. I don't believe I will recap the storyline, as many others will do that for you. But I will say that Tracy Cooper-Pisey has thought out this plot very carefully. Time travel, being what it is, can trip a writer up very easily. Ms. Cooper-Posey doesn't let that happen. She is a master at super hot, sex scenes. Our heroes are sexy beyond our dreams, our heroine is perfectly matched for their alpha maleness and all of their intimate scenes are what most of us would fantasize about. This is book 3 of a series although it serves as a stand alone story. Don't hesitate to read books 1 & 2. These books will keep you up at night because they are hard to put down.
I didn't think this series could get any better but OMG it is wonderful. Troubles have occurred at home so they time travel (since now they know how and why they time travel)to the recent past to straighten them out, but on the return trip home they are taken, instead of back to the present, to a horrific time in one of their lives. They are separated from each other and have to figure out how to work things out while they wait to once again be together. Things must happen as before in this time frame, if they are to be together in the future and therein stands their biggest problem for some things have already been changed. They're twist and turns, new characters are introduced, as well as characters they've met from past travels. The love and sexual passion is as strong as ever for the three. If you've read any of my previous reviews you know I don't do spoilers I just try to say enough to reel you in. Whatever you do, do not miss this amazing adventure of three people passionately devoted to one another, and what they go through to make sure they'll always be together. I recommend, I recommend; and oh did I tell you I recommend this wonderfully written story to all who love reading about the paranormal, time travel but most of all love and sexual passion. Thank you Tracy Cooper-Posey for another amazing adventure
